My experience at Car Doc was fantastic. I mostly worked with Stacy in the office and she really knows cars! The entire team was committed to making sure my family’s car was in tip top shape for the 1,200 mile journey I had to take upon leaving the shop. Their inspection was so thorough, and included pictures of all the parts they were concerned about and the estimate was provided in writing along with the inspection. This business is a well-oiled machine that will get you the best price on high quality parts and service. I liked how easy it was to share their recommendations with my husband for us to discuss without being pressured to make a quick decision. They treated me like a valued customer from start to finish and I witnessed them do the same for the other customers in the shop. Really, they treated me like family, doing their very best because they care about the people who come to them. I was worried about where my mom would be taking her car once I went back north. Not anymore! I’m so grateful to know her car needs are in good hands. That’s such a huge relief because she is retired and on a fixed income. I really cannot sing their praises more highly. I definitely recommend Car Doc in Venice!!
