Desiree was the absolute best at helping me with my trunk problem! I have a 2018 Kia forte and I told her that my trunk was having some issues closing. She told me to come and her team would look at it. Within thirty minutes she let me know that I had a recall on my trunk latch and made sure that I understood that she wasn’t going to make me pay for something that can be fixed for free!! I go Friday to Kia to have them fix it for me and I couldn’t be happier. Being a teacher, we don’t make much so every penny counts!
