This is my second five star review of Car doc On The Island. My car started to make a weird noise and had a thumping feeling when I drove out of my parking lot so I immediately took it to Car Doc. They managed to get it looked at that same afternoon and determined that my rear differential had failed. They also determined that somebody had worked on it previously. And here’s why I wanted to give a second five star review. Stacey immediately went to work and called the dealership that had previously done the work, sent them photographs of their findings and insisted that it was covered under their manufacturers two year warranty. She then arranged for my vehicle to be picked up and transported to the people that did the original work so that They could take care of the work they had previously done, and it didn’t cost me a penny. Stacey could quite simply of told me that it needed to be replaced at a cost of between $6000 and $8000 but instead she ended up being my hero for the month of October. I used to go to vehicle service centres with a tub of Vaseline because I knew I was going to get screwed, now. I just go to Car doc On The Island with flowers for Stacey as that’s exactly what she deserves. Great team
